Tools and Training Project (T&T)
Learning is central to Better at Home, particularly to support program development, capacity building and quality improvement, and Better at Home commits to providing structured learning opportunities for Better at Home’s lead organizations, staff, service providers and volunteers.
The T&T Project:
- implements provincial tools and training opportunities for program staff and/or volunteers – both online and in person – to promote provincial capacity development and support overall program effectiveness
- includes a plan for local programs to access funding for local training and tool planning and/or development so programs can produce higher quality service delivery and meet the individual needs of their staff and clients
